We pride ourselves in our use of traditional quality building materials to give each of our houses superior quality and character.

Our houses are constructed using only large section graded timber in the traditional manner. We do not use pre-fabricated roof trusses or inexpensive concrete interlocking roof tiles. Neither do we use internal moulded doors made from cardboard! You won't find Artex on our ceilings either!

We endeavour to give every single one of our individually designed homes an abundance of character.

• Travertine and Limestone floor tiles.
• Classic and contemporary fine ceramic ware and tiles for our bathrooms.

We also have our individually designed kitchens made by a local cabinet maker specialising in bespoke kitchens, incorporating granite worktops, Belfast sinks, range cookers and fitted appliances.
